Sleep training doesn’t have to mean leaving your child to cry alone. There are other methods that support your child while helping them learn to fall asleep independently. Some involve staying in the room, offering comfort, or gradually reducing your presence over time.

I’ll help you find an approach that feels right and supports your child in a way that’s respectful and effective.
